Abstract
Callus cultures were obtained by using the mature seeds of Kentucky bluegrass(Poa pratensis) as explant. And the mature seeds were sliced into two halves and cultured on Murashige and Skoog medium(MS) with different 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D) and 6-benzyladenine(6-BA) concentrations. The result indicated that the callus induction was not influenced by the seeds slicing. The effect of 2,4-D combining with 6-BA was better than only using 2,4-D acid.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
