Abstract

Objective To understand the specific distnbudon of yeast fmgalint)ction and antifungal effects of 12 kinds of drugs in our hoqoital in recently 17 years, and to provide help for clinical treatment. Methods Fungi were isolated and identified according to the national clinical experinental operadonal rules about yeast fungi, and drug suscepbbilties were detected by disk diffuse way. Results 4652 strains of yeast fungi with 8 types were isolated fran 72220 sampies (6.4%).C.albicans, C.stellatoidea, C.tropicals, C.guilliermondi, C.xugosa were accounted for 33.7%,20.4%,14.5%,11.1% and 10% respectively. The detectibe rate of sputum sample was the highest(35%)among 7 kinds of qoecinens. The results showed all 8 types yeast fungi were resistant to GRIS, partly susceptible to TEB.The major of C.tropicals were moderately sumscepbble to ECON .Conclusions The yeast fungal infection is severe and usually happen fillowing germ infection in clinic. The disk diffuse way is fit to routine experinet because of its easy cperedon and stable result.
