Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of aerosol inhalation of Budesonide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)of acute aggravating stage. Methods We divided 96 cases of diagnozed COPD of acute aggravating stage into two groups at random:treatment group and control group. Oxygen inhalation, antibiotics and antispasmodic-antiasthmatic drugs were given to both control group and treatment group. Aerosol inhalation of Budesonide for 10 days was added to the treatment group. Blood gas analysis and pulmonary function tests were carried out after treatment. Results The blood gas analysis and pulmonary function tests showed an obvious improvement in the treatment group compared with the control group. There were significant differences in FEV1,SaO2 and PaO2 between the two groups(P 0.05). Conclusion The aerosol inhalation of Budesonide has an obvious effect in the treatment of COPD of acute aggravating stage.
