Observation on the effect of Budesonide inhalation aerosol in the treatment of the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective:To observe the effect of Budesonide inhalation aerosol in the treatment of the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:71 cases of the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary dis ease were chosen and divided in two group,the treatment group included 36 cases,the comparative group included 35 cases.All patients were treated with oxygen,anti-infective,expectorant,antispasmodic and other symptomatic supportive care.Two groups all did not use glucocorticoid within one month.The treatment group was added budesonide inhalation aerosol on the basis of the above-mentioned treatment,after treating,observed the defusing situation of the patients' wheezing,shortness of breath,chest tightness and other symptoms.then measured FEV 1 and FVC by lung function measurement after 2 weeks.Results:The clinical remission rate of the treatment group was significantly higher the compara tive group (P0.01),FEV 1 and FVC of the treatment group was significantly improved(P0.01).Conclusion:The effect of Budesonide inhalation aerosol in the treatment of the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease:Budes onide inhalation aerosol can significantly relieve chest tightness,wheezing,shortness of breath symptoms,effective in improving lung function.
