Effect of budesonide inhalation aerosol in the treatment of the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To observe the effect of budesonide inhalation aerosol in the treatment of the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Totally 50 subjects with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups.All patients were treated with the base of routine therapy and budesonide inhalation aerosol,the treatment group's dosage was 2 mg three times a day,the comparative group's dosage was 1 mg three times a day.Compare the difference of two groups at symptoms defusing remission,FEV1,FEV1% and FEV1/FVC% before and after the 7 days' therapy.Results The clinical remission rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the comparative group(P0.05),FEV1 and FVC of the treatment group were significantly improved(P0.01).Conclusion Budesonide inhalation aerosol can significantly relieve chest tightness,wheezing,shortness of breath symptoms,effective in improving lung function.
