Reflection on the Major of Teacher Education in Comprehensive University

It is the trend of teacher education reform and development in the world that comprehensive university holds teacher education.It is also the new trend of Chinese normal education.There exist several disadvantages in the teacher training of comprehensive university,which include that function of teacher education is diluted by the chaotic management system;the educational role of teacher is ignored;curriculum setting is lack of innovation;the teaching practice link is very weak;the main emphasis of running a school is shifting up and can't meet the requirements of basic education.To overcome the difficulties in teacher education of comprehensive university,we should improve the curriculum system,unify academic nature and normal nature,strengthen the educational practice and make full use of various resources to develop teacher education.
