The Rational Reflection on Teacher Education in Comprehensive Universities

Teacher education conducted in comprehensive universities has become an important component of teacher education in our country.But now it is still in the exploratory stage with some defects:it has difficulty in balancing academic nature with normal nature;curricula design needs to be optimized;education majors and non-majors lack two-way communication;comprehensive universities and normal schools lack cooperation,etc.We should first push forward the reform and development of teacher education in comprehensive universities,balancing academic nature with normal nature and promoting the innovation of teacher education;Second,we should optimize the curriculum of teacher education and promote the curriculum reform of teacher education;Third,we should share resources and complement each other,exploring the road of teachers'education development;Fourth,we should strengthen professional cooperation and promote integrated development.
