Abstract
Objective Investigated and analyzed current situation of township health centers' human resources in Sichuan province so as to provide reference frame of policy-making in the process of human resources standardization in township health centers.Methods Selected 142 township health centers from 6 counties by stratified random sampling method,according to economic development level combined with convenience sampling.Results Health staff amounts were not enough,health technicians quality was low,professional distribution was unreasonable,health technicians' level was missing Senate meeting in these township health centers.Conclusions Health administrative departments at all levels should take various effective measures to draw into and train the talents in a planned way with emphasis to the township health centers so as to improving the basic medical health service level.
