Analysis of Manpower Resource in Township Health Centers in Yunnan Province

Objective Through learning allocation of manpower resource in township health centers to supply references for health administrative department to rationally allocate health manpower resource.Methods We investigated the lamination stochastic group sampling and descriptively analyzed the size of manpower composition and major composition in township health centers in 2006 in Yunnan province.Results The manpower resource in township health centers was not enough,and unreasonable distribution of the age,the whole quality of lower.Conclusion The manpower resource in township health centers should be take effective measures to training and the introduction of qualified,improve the quality and technology-ability of personnel in Yunnan Province,P.R China.
