Abstract
According to the course characteristics of the experiment of chemical engineering and technology,the measures of teaching reform were put forward to adapt to the ‘Outstanding Engineers Education and Training Plan ',including the optimization of teaching program,purchase of laboratory equipment,enrichment of teaching methods,reform of examination methods and strengthening of construction of teaching staff. The practice indicated that these reforms played an important role in improving the students' ability of engineering practice,design and innovation.
