Research on Teaching Innovation of Mechanical Basis of Chemical Equipment to Adapt to the Outstanding Engineers

According to the course characteristics of Mechanical Basis of Chemical Equipment,we put forward the measures of teaching reform to adapt to the Outstanding Engineers Education and Training Planinchuding reforming the teaching contents,enriching teaching methods,reform of teaching and examination methods to strengthen the construction of teaching staff. The practice indicated that these reforms were of great help to improve the students' ability of engineering practice,design and innovation,at the same time to improve the teachers' teaching ability of engineering.
