Abstract
According to the wheak status of engineering professionals in agricultural colleges and the actual needs of outstanding engineer training of chemical engineering,the teaching reform of teacher construction,theoretical teaching,experimental teaching and curriculum design was discussed.The practice showed that the combination of the teaching content and engineering practice can be effectively promoted and then the independent learning enthusiasm,engineering consciousness,engineering practice ability of students can be enhanced greatly based on fully utilizing existing teching resources,encouraging techers to participate in various activities,such as university-industry-research cooperation,special commissioners of science and technology and off-campus practice teaching.
