Abstract

Objective To approach comparison of antihypertensive effect of treatment hypertensive emergency by urapidil and sodium nitroprusside. Method Analyzed 80 cases clinical datas of emergency internal medicine, and divided into urapidil group(40 cases) and sodium nitroprusside group(40 cases). 12.5 mg Urapidil + 5 ml Nacl attenuation of urapidil group, intravenous injection, 50 ~ 100 mg sodium nitroprusside+ 50 ml Nacl attenuation of sodium nitroprusside group, intravenous injection. The gender composition, age distribution, the average systolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate before treatment of two group hypertensive emergency patients were no difference. The heart rate and blood pressure changes of two group hypertensive emergency were detected. Result The heart rate of urapidil group after treatment were lower than sodium nitroprusside group, two groups of patients after treatment, the average systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure had no significant difference(P 0.05). Conclusion The urapidil and sodium nitroprusside in treatment with hypertensive emergencies, can effectively control the blood pressure of the patients, the effect is obvious, it is worthy of clinical application.
