Abstract

Today,in the research of physical education , it is the important contents to increase the students’ constitution and accelerate the development of the students’ body and mind .Aerobics as a new sports item ,is given more and more population by female college students.The research expresses that aerobics can improve effectively the healthy standard of exercisers' physiology and phychology.
