Abstract
Objective To prove into the influence of aerobics on psychological quality of female students healthy quality. Methods 116 girls were picked up to answer the questionnaire who chose aerobics as an elective course, and also take part in aerobics club. Results Aerobics had a good effect on students’ psychological quality, through doing exercise under the rational physiological load, such as self-confidence, performance ability, self-appreciation ability, healthy consciousness, willpower, sustaining ability and so on, which had been improved in some degree. Conclusions Doing Aerobics exercises can improve the college students’ psychological quality efficiently. Meanwhile, it can be supplied as basis for P.E education.
