Abstract

Aerobics,which is based on calisthenics exercise,takes human body as its objectives with the aim to keep fit.It will do good to shape a strong body and fine temperament of college female students,which is not only fit for their physiological characteristics,but could meet their mental needs,wishes and,aerobics has its unique social function.
