Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of Salvianolic acid B in Danqi Feixin Capsules.Methods C18 column(5 μm,4.6×250 mm)was used.The mobile phase was Acetonitrile-2%formic acid(22∶78),with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.Detection wavelength was at 286 nm and column temperature was at 35℃.Results The average recovery was 99.55%and RSD was 0.42%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. The quality of Danshen Yangxin capsules can be controlled by the method.
