Abstract

Objective: To establish the quality standards of Danshen Shuxin Ning capsules.Methods: Studying on the qualitative identification of Salvia and red peony root by TLC,determinating salvianolic acid B content by HPLC,Thermo Scientific Hypersil BDS C 18 column( 250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,methanol-acetonitrile- Methanoicacid-water( 30:10:1:59 ) as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 286 nm, flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results: Distinguishing the characteristic spots of Salvia and red peony root.The method is highly specific,and has good resolution.The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 0.016~0.144 mg·mL-1 ( r =1.000 0) , with an average recovery 97.79% ,RSD = 1.07%.Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible,and can be used for quality control of Danshen Shuxin Ning capsules.
