An Analysis of the Status Quo of Economic Cooperation between Heilongjiang Province and Russia

Abstract

Heilongjiang province borders on Russia.Its trade cooperation with Russia has some geographical and industry-complementary advantages.But,because of some inhibiting factors,their trade development is very slow.Analyzing the characteristics of their cooperation and the restrictions in it and then proposing some relevant strategics will contribute to the province's scientific policy decision about its economic cooperation with Russia.
