Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in Pneumonia mixture. METHODS: The separation of samples was performed on a column of Spheri-5 RP-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphate (8.5∶91.5) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 328 nm. RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5.00~100.00 μg·mL-1 for Chlorogenic acid(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.15%,(RSD=3.68%,n=6).CONCLUSION: The method was rapid, simple and accurate, and it can be used for the quality control of Pneumonia mixture.
