Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the concentration of serum homocysteine,C-reactive protein and the expressions of Cardiac troponin Ⅰ and their relationship in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:Our study included 60 patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)(CHF group)and 50 healthy subjects after examination served as healthy control group.CHF group were divided into three subgroups according to NYHA cardiac function classification(abbreviated as heart function Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ groups). The levels of homocysteine(HCY)、cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnI)、c-reaction protein(CRP)were measured .Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of all patients were determinated by echocardiogram when they were in hospital. To analyze correlation between serum HCY、cTnI、CRP and above-mentioned indexs. To evaluate the concentration of serum homocysteine,C-reactive protein and the expressions of Cardiac troponin Ⅰ and their relationship in patients with CHF.Results:①Plasma concentrations of HCY,cTnI and CRP in CHF group were significantly higher than those in control group before treatment(P0.05);②Before the treatment the conclusion in different CHF group is that :individuals with higher level of HCY,cTnI and CRP concentration had higher NYHA cadica function classification(P0.05);③Correlation analysis indicated that HCY,cTnI and CRP level were positively correlated with LVEDD,however, were negatively correlate with LVEF(P0.05).Conclusions:①The level of HCY、cTnI、CRP in CHF group is positive correlated with NYHA cardiac function classification and LVEDD.The level of plasma HCY、cTnI、CRP elevated in these patients with the increase of NYHA cardiac function classification and lower of LVEDD.They may reflect the cardiac function classification clearly.②The relationship between HCY、cTnI and CRP levels were positively.
