Abstract

Objective To explore the value of joint detection of troponin I(cTnI),high-sensitivity c-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and homocysteine(Hcy) in the prognosis of coronary heart disease. Methods Ninety patients of coronary heart disease were selected as the study group and 60 healthy individuals as the control group.Patents in the study group were followed up for 1 month after discharge, and 26 patients were found having cardiovascular events, while 64 not.The levels of serum cTnI,hs-CRP and Hcy were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of serum cTnI,hs-CRP and Hcy in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.01);In the study group, the levels of serum cTnI,hs-CRP and Hcy were significantly higher in patients with cardiovascular events, compared with those not(P0.01);Pearson correlation analysis showed that cTnI,hs-CRP and Hcy were independent risk factors of cardiovascular events. Conclusion Joint detection of cTnI,hs-CRP and Hcy is helpful for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, which is of great significance for the evaluation of prognosis.
