Abstract
Objective:To investigate the change of C reactive protein and troponin Ⅰ in congestive heart failure. Methods:The 60 CHF patients were divided three groups according to the degree of heart failure.Serum levels of CRP and cTnI were measured by chemical fluorescence immunosorbant. Results:In CHF patients, the level of serum CRP and cTnI were higher than those of control group(P0.01).In severe patients, the change of CRP and cTnI was higher than the mild patients. There was a positive correlation between level of CRP and cTnI(r=0.735,P0.01)in CHF patients. After CHF improvement, the serum CRP and serum cTnI decreased(P0.01).Conclusion:The level of serum CRP is positive correlated with cTnI level in congestive heart failure.
