Abstract
Objective:To evaluate reliability of the NRBC hinting function(Q-flag)of Sysmex XE-2100 automatic hematology analyzer and investigate its clinical application and influencing factors.Method:100 samples with abnormal NRBC(Q-flag value100)hinted by the hematology analyzer and 100 samples without NRBC hints were detected with microscopy,and result of manual microscopic examination was used as a golden standard to judge the sensitivity and specificity of the hematology analyzer.Result:The sensitivity and specificity of hematology analyzer Q-flag was 95.9% and 81%,respectively.Conclusion:The Q-flag value had a certain application significance in NRBC detection.
