The observation of application value of dynamic electrocardiogram in the patients with coronary artery heart disease

Objective To study the application value of dynamic electrocardiogram in the patients with coronary artery heart disease.Methods 96 patients who were doubted as coronary artery heart disease in our hospital were selected as research object,and they were detected with 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram and Coronal Artery Angiography,then the results were analyzed and compared.Results The positive rates of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram and Coronal Artery Angiography had no signicant difference(P0.05) ,and the positive rate of Multivessel Coronary Disease of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram was higher than that of single-vessel coronary artery disease(P0.05) .Conclusion The application value of dynamic electrocardiogram in the patients with coronary artery heart disease is higher,and the advantage is non-invasive,low prices,and so on,it is worthy of furthy study and application.
