Effect observation of omeprazole,levofloxacin and amoxicillin in patients with peptic ulcer to eradicate H.pylori

Objective To explore the effect of omeprazole,levofloxacin and amoxicillin in patients with peptic ulcer to eradicate H.pylori.Methods 360 cases patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group(174 cases) and control group(186 cases).Treatment group received omeprazole 20mg,2 times a day;Levofloxacin 0.2g,2 times a day;Amoxicillin 1.0g,2 times a day,course of treatment for 10d.Control group received omeprazole 20mg,2 times a day;Clarithromycin tablet 0.2g,2 times a day;Amoxicillin 1.0g,2 times a day,course of treatment for 10d.After treatment,compared H.pylori eradication rate of 2 groups.Results The H.pylori eradication rate of patients with duodenal ulcer,gastric ulcer and complex ulcer in treatment group were markedly higher than those of control group(P0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole,levofloxacin and amoxicillin in patients with peptic ulcer to eradicate H.pylori are effective and safe.
