Abstract

This paper described how to bring into full play of teaching management mechanism of monitor, evaluation, inspirit and assessment; constitute scientific and normativ teaching management system; deepen reformation and innovation of teaching process management. Only by enhancing teaching process management and building effectively continuable developmental teaching management mechanism can assure teaching quality of higher education, advance utlization ratio of education resources.
