Abstract

In the course of the construction of high-level university,the teaching management is an important aspect.The transformation is the requirement of adaption to promote quality education and train creative talents.The connotation of the transformation and innovation of the teaching management of high educational institutes is the establishment of the management ideas,system and operating mechanism which are beneficial for the teaching innovation and the implementation of innovation education.The central question is the change of management thinking,it will bring new inspirations to the teaching management.
