Thinking on the Innovation of Teaching Management in Universities

This paper analyzes the current situation and the necessity of university teaching management,and discusses its innovation from the following four aspects: establishing human-oriented idea on teaching management,enhancing the quality of teaching management workers,deepening the reform of teaching management,and innovating the methods and means of the teaching management.
