Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Edaravone injection combined with Naoxintong capsule in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after stereotactic mini-invasive surgery.METHODS:124 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after surgery were randomly divided into control group(n=32),edaravone group(n=30),naoxintong group(n=30) and drug combination group(n=32).Patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy.Patients in the other three groups were treated with relevant drugs based on the routine therapy for 28 days. The Glasgow coma scales(GCS) before and 14 and 28 days after treatment, neurological deficit score before and after treatment, living ability state, the degree of cerebral edema and ADR after treatment were compared among 4 groups.RESULTS:GCS of drug combination group increased significantly 28 days after treatment, compared with control group, edaravone group, naoxintong group(P0.01),there was significant difference between edaravone group and control group(P0.05).The total effective rate of drug combination group was superior to control group, edaravone group and naoxintong group 28 days later(P0.05),edaravone group was superior to naoxintong group and control group(P0.05);the improvement of cerebral edema in drug combination group was better than that of control group, edaravone group and naoxintong group(P0.01),and edaravone group was superior to control group(P0.01).CONCLUSIONS:Edaravone injection combined with Naoxintong capsule contribute to relieve cerebral damage and cerebral edema, and promote the prognoses in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after mini-invasive surgery.
