Abstract
Objective To develop an method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Yinhuang granules.Methods The chromatographic analysis were carried out on a HYPERSIL Clscohmn(4.6 mm ×150 mm,5 μm) with methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid as mobile phase and 0.8 mL·min-1 flow rate in gradient mode.Results The linear ranges of chlomgenic acid and baicalin were from 0.23 μg to 1.14 μg(r=0.999 9) and from 0.33 μg to 1.64 μg(r=0.999 9),the mean recoveries of chlomgenic acid and baicalin were 100.12%with RSD of 0.84% and 102.4% with RSD of 1.47%respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,fast and accurate.It can be used to control for the quality of Yinhuang granules.
