Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of three-step and two of five-therapy in treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods:All 300 patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 150 cases each. The three-step and two of five-therapy was used in the treatment group and the conventional traction was used in the control group,3 weeks for a course in both groups. The curative effect was observed. Results:The total effective rate was 96.0% and 72.7% in the treatment group and control group respectively. There was significant difference between the three-step and two of five-therapy group and the conventional traction group(P0.01).Conclusion:The three-step and two of five-therapy is effective for treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis,so it is worthy for clinical application.
