Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effect of optimal value traction method combine with traction recovery three steps for treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods: 70 cases with nerve root type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the conventional group 34 cases and the combined treatment group 36 cases. The conventional group with neck herbal fumigation, neck massage, neck normal traction therapy, combination therapy using merit traction method with lead complex three step treatment. Nerve root type cervical spondylosis symptoms, signs of integral table, pain visual analogue scale(VAS) as indicators of clinical observation were examined 2weeks around the treatment. Results: Before treatment, the 2 groups was not statistically significant in patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis clinical symptoms, signs and VAS score between the integral. After 2 weeks treatment, compared 2 groups of patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis clinical symptoms, symptom integral and the VAS score and before treatment and between groups, the difference had statistical significance. The routine group was 35.3% efficiency, combined therapy group was 58.3% efficiency, combined treatment group curative effect is obviously superior to the conventional treatment group, the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups. Conclusion: merit traction method with lead complex three step treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis, has short course, rapid effect, to promote the advantages of rapid recovery, is worthy of clinical use.
