Abstract
This paper introduces the styles and advantage of linear motor, designs the configuration of a linear motor servo system, explains the application and the basic theory of servo driver, collects the servo data of the velocity control and position control based on some different control parameters, establishes the model of the linear motor servo system, compares the theoretic result with the actual measured data, analyzes the effect of control algorithms and parameters to the system, describes the performance index that the optimum servo system can achieve.
