Abstract
The MATLAB/Simulink is utilized to analyze and simulate the influence of general model of CNC Servo System and part of the parameters upon the servo performance.First,the impact of structure of position loop and parameters on one-axis error of servo system is analyzed.Then the influence of these parameters of servo system on interlocking error is analyzed as well.After theoretical analyzing,the influence of corresponding servo structure and systemic parameter upon the machine tool error is summarized.Finally,through simulating simplified model,the influence of parameters and structure of the servo system upon the servo error is verified,which provides not only theoretical study for the servo optimization but also theoretical basis for the commissioning of servo system.
