Abstract

As for the application of servo motor in position driving,this paper presented the fact that half-closed-loop servo driving easily leads to position error.For the purpose of high response and precise positioning of servo motor,closed-loop position following-up system with mixed structure had been designed.Also stability and following-up of servo system had been analyzed and proved in detailed.
