Abstract
First,the closed-loop transfer function of position servo system is attained by adopting the optimum criterion of step response, then the structure of controller for position servo system is designed; On that condition that the order of system is not increased, enhance model number of control system, the method has better robust performance to performance parameters of controlled object; And then, linear motor position servo system is simulated and optimized by control toolbox and simulation toolbox provided by the software of MATALAB; Last,the servo system controller is implemented by Digital Signal Processor(DSP).
