Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining the content of baicalin in Pizhenqing granules by HPLC.METHODS A nucleosil C 18 column with acetonitrile 1% acetic acid solution (26∶74) as the mobile phase was used.The flow rate was 1.2 ml·min -1 and the detective wavelength was 276 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear at the range of 15~41 μg for baicalin ( r = 0.9994 ).The average recovery was 99.16% and RSD was 0.92% ( n =6).CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,and accurate and can be used as quantitative method for this preparation.
