Experimental Study of Chinese Herbs on Hemorrheology of Aging and Blood Stasis Model Rats

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis in Chest on hemorheology of old rats,and provide experimental basis for anti-aging of Chinese medicine due to blood stasis.Method:According to months of age,healthy rats were divided into young control group,elderly control group,and group of Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis in Chest.The first two groups were fed with ordinary food,while the third group done with Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis in Chest by intragastric administration for twenty days.And then collect the sample of blood to test hemorheology.Result:There were significant statistical differences on whole blood viscosity high tangent,whole blood reduced viscosity high tangent,and HCT between Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis in Chest and elderly group(P0.01).And after administration of Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis in Chest,there were significant statistical differences on thrombus formation in vitro,platelet aggregates ratio,and RBC deformation capacity(P0.01).Conclusion:Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis in Chest can improve the state of blood rheology.
