Effect of traditional mongolian medicine garidi-13 pills on hemorheology in acute blood stasis rats

Objective To observe the effect of Garidi-13 pills on hemorheology in acute blood stasis rats.Methods The acute blood stasis rat model was established with subcutaneous injection of 0.1% adrenaline hydrochloride with ice water bath in 2 h.After anesthesia with urethane,blood was taken from the abdominal artery,and then its hemorheological parameters,platelet aggregation and other indicators were measured.Results Both the high and medium dose groups of Gi13 pills significantly reduced the low(1 s-1),and medium shear rate(50 s-1) of the blood viscosity,plasma fibrinogen concentration,hematocrit,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,erythrocyte aggregation index,and platelet aggregation rate(P 0.05) in acute blood stasis rats.Conclusion Gi13 pills can significantly improve the abnormalities of platelet function and hemorheology in acute blood stasis rats.
