Analysis of therapeutic effect of edaravone combined with ozagrel in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of edaravone combined with ozagrel in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Selected 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group.The observation group were treated by edaravone combined with ozagrel treatment,the control group patients were given edaravone treatment alone. Compared two groups of clinical therapeutic effect and the level of Creactive protein. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 91.67%,the control group the total effective rate was81.67%,the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P 0.05); C reaction protein of the observation group after treatment was(7.06 ±1.43),which of the control group was(4.06 ±1.71),the decreased level of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group levels,with statistically significant difference(P 0.05). Conclusion The use of edaravone combined with ozagrel in treating acute cerebral infarction can not only improve the clinical treatment effect,but also can greatly reduce the level of C reactive protein,is worthy of clinical use.
