Abstract

OBJECTIVE To observe the short-term respose of combination infusion of 5-FU with oxaliplatin (L-OHP) in advanced gastric cancer. METHODS 23 patients with advanced gastric cancer using randomized method. L-OHP:75mg/m~2, iv infusios 3 hours,d1,8; LV 100mg/m~2,iv infusion d1-5;VP-16:100mg,iv infusion d1-3;5-FU 500mg/m~2 mcontinuous infusion 120 hours 3-4 weeks is a cycle.2 cycles were carried out. RESULTS The response rate was 60.9%(14/23).The major toxic effect were myelosuppression(grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ)and peripheral neuropathy toxicty(grade Ⅰ). CONCLUSION L-OHP+CF+VP-16+5-FU regimen is effective and well tolerable for advanced gastric cancer.
