Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the short-term efficacy and Side-effect Of Oxaliplatin combined with fluorouracil(t-Fu)and leucovrin(CF)in advanced gastric cancer.Methods:48 cases with advanced gastric Cancer were freceived with Oxaliplatin 130 mg/m~2.d(2 hours intravenous infusion in the first day),CF 200mg/(m~2.d) 2 hours intravenous infusion then followed by 5-Fu 500 mg/(m~2.d)(intravenous infusion)d1-5;A cycle was repeated every three weeks and 2-4 cycles were delivered for each patient.Results:The overall response rate was 47.9%(CR,5 cases;PR,18 cases);Conclusion:The L-OHP/5-Fu/CF regimen shows good efficacy with mild toxicity in treatment for advanced gastric cancer and its further investigation is worthwhile to study.
