Study on extraction process for Huagqitianma capsules by orthogonal test

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To determine the optimal extraction process of Hangqitianma capsules. METHODS Orthogonal test was used for studying the effect of alcohol concentration,volume, extraction time and times on the content of gastrodin, astragaloside Ⅳ and solid.RESULTS The optimal extraction process is as follow:10 times of 60% alcohol, 2 times of extract and each for 1.5 hours.CONCLUSION The extraction process is reasonable and feasible. The method of content determination is accurate and reliable.
