Optimization of Extraction Technology of Gastrodin by Ultrasonic Orthogonal Test

Abstract

To optimize the extraction technology of gastrodin,ultrasonic extraction method was used and the orthogonal test was performed to investigate the extraction effect of the amount of extract solvent,extraction time and extraction repeats.The results showed that the optimal conditions were ratio of material to liguid of 1∶15,extraction time of 20 min and repeat of two times.3batches of samples were extracted according to the conditions,and the extraction rate was(0.339±0.13)%.
