Study on Optimizing the Extraction Process of Astragaloside IV in Huoxue Kangnao Capsule

Abstract

Objective:To optimize the process paramets of extraction process of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Radix Astragali.Methods:The optimum extraction was investigated by the orthogonal design,the content of Astragaloside Ⅳ was used as index,and its extraction rate was used as evaluation standard,which determined by HPLC.Results:The concentration of ethanol,extraction time and extraction times have significant influence on the content of extraction rate,amount of ethanol has little influence.Conclusion:The optimum extraction of Astragaloside Ⅳ is:adding 8 times amount of 90% alcohol,refluxing and extraction for 3 times,1h each time.
