Abstract

In order to establish the rapid propagation system of Cymbidium hybridum, orthogonal experiment including the factors of 6-BA, NAA, sucrose and AGAR were carried out by taking the vaccine pseudobulb as material and using MS as the basic culture medium. The results show that the induction effect of MS + 6- BA 2.5 mg/L + 0.5 mg/L NAA + sucrose 18 g/L + AGAR 10 g/L + activated carbon 1.5 g/L is the best, and the induction rate is as high as 80.52%. proliferation effect of multiple shoot clumps on the culture medium of MS + 6 – BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.4 mg/L + sugar 25 g/L + AGAR 10 g/L + active carbon 1.5 g/L is the best with proliferation ratio of 5.01. on the medium MS + NAA1.0 mg/L + sucrose 10 g/L + AGAR 10 g/L + activated carbon 2 g/L + banana puree 100 g/L, the tube seedlings got the best root system when the cultivating the temperature is 28℃.
