Abstract

Objective:A determination method of Icariin in Naogongyang Granule was established. Method: The RP-HPLC was carried out on C_(18) column using methanol-water-acetic acid (35∶25∶0.3)as a mobile phase,the detecting wavelength was set at 270nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min~(-1),the column temperature was at 25℃. Result: The linear relationship was good,the average recovery was 98.84% and RSD was 1.83%( n =5). Conclusion: The method is simple,reliable and suitable for the quality control of Naogongyang Granule.
