Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Harpagosicle in Junduqing granule.METHODS:The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18(250mm× 4.6mm,5μ m) at room temperature.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-1% HAc(gradient elution).The flow rate was 1.0mL· min-1 and the detection wavelength was 278 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of Harpagosicle was 2.55~ 20.4μg· mL-1,with average recovery at 96.6%,RSD=0.67%(n=6).CONCLUSION:The method was proved to be sensitive and accurate,and it can be used as quality control of Junduqing granule.
