Abstract
Objective:To establish the determination method of kakkonein in Ganmaoqingre granule.Methods:HPLC method was used,the chromatographic condition consisted of C18 column with methanol-water(22:78) as mobile phase at the detection wavelength of 250 nm.Results:Kakkonein showed a linear relationship at the range of 0.1384-1.384 μg,the average recovery was 99.84%,RSD%=1.65%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,high sensitivity and good reproducibility,can be used as quality control for Ganmaoqingre granule.
